personalized nutrition

You're doing everything right.

So why don't you feel well?

Root cause metabolic nutrition for high-achieving women who are exhausted, inflamed, and tired of being told their labs are normal.

Does this sound like you?

You've cleaned up your diet. You've tried the supplements. You've been to the doctor and been told everything looks fine. But you're still waking up exhausted. Still bloating after meals you thought were healthy. Still crashing at 3pm and wondering why you can't get through the day without another coffee.

You've been trying so hard for so long — and you're starting to wonder if this is just how it is now.

It's not.

There is almost always a root cause. And it is almost never the one you've been told to look for.

→ You're exhausted even after a full night of sleep

→ You're crashing mid-afternoon and relying on caffeine to recover

→ You're bloated after meals you thought were healthy

→ Your cravings feel biological and urgent — not a willpower problem

→ You've spent money on supplements without seeing results

→ Your doctor says your labs are normal. You don't feel normal.

→ You feel like you should have this figured out by now

If two or more of these are you — you are exactly who I built this practice for.

This is not another meal plan.

Most nutrition approaches address symptoms. I address systems.

I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist® and Clinical Lab Scientist — which means I don't just understand nutrition, I understand how to read the data that most practitioners miss. I spent years in clinical laboratory science before becoming a nutritionist, and that background changed everything about how I approach women's health.

I don't guess. I look at your blood sugar patterns, your gut terrain, your cortisol load, your hormone markers, and your functional lab data — and I build a plan that is made for your specific biology.

Not a template. Not a protocol. A plan that's yours.

The result: women who have tried everything and finally understand why their body has been doing what it's been doing — and exactly what to do about it.

The 4R Wildflower Nutrition Signature Method

10 sessions · 3–4 months · 1:1 virtual coaching

A structured, evidence-based program that goes from foundational nutrition to fully personalized — built around your labs, your patterns, and your real life.

PHASE 1 — ROOT

  • Metabolic foundations and awareness.
  • We establish why your body does what it does — the biology of your blood sugar, your cravings, and your gut. You begin tracking your patterns and building the foundational habits that make everything else work.

PHASE 2 — RESTORE

  • Lifestyle foundations.
  • Sleep, cortisol, and movement as metabolic tools. A mid-program data review where we synthesize everything collected in phase one and identify what's actually driving your symptoms.

PHASE 3 — REFINE

  • Personalization through your lab data.
  • Anti-inflammatory nutrition, liver support, and the session I love most: your personalized roadmap, built from your actual functional lab results. This is where the program becomes completely yours.

PHASE 4 — REBALANCE

  • Long-term habits and maintenance.
  • Behavior change, environment design, and building the systems that make your results last — not just for the next month, but for years.

You leave with: a complete understanding of your own metabolic health, a personalized nutrition roadmap, a supplement protocol built for your specific biology, and anchor habits that fit your actual life.

About Wildflower Nutrition

Hi, I'm Steph — functional nutritionist, clinical lab scientist, and the founder of Wildflower Nutrition.

Before I became a nutritionist, I spent years working as a clinical lab scientist. I processed thousands of blood panels. I saw the markers, the patterns, the numbers — in women who came in exhausted, inflamed, and who had been told that everything looked normal.

The labs weren't lying. But the interpretation was incomplete.

Nobody was connecting the fasting insulin to the afternoon cravings. Nobody was correlating the low ferritin to the brain fog. Nobody was looking at the free T3 alongside the TSH. The pieces were all there — but no one was putting them together for her.

Then in 2020, I became that woman.

I had just come off hormonal birth control after a decade of use. Then I got COVID. And from that point on, something felt off in a way I couldn't quite name.

I did what most of us do — I went to my doctor, had the labs run, and was told everything was normal. The suggestions? Go back on birth control or keep doing what I was doing.

I knew there had to be more to the story.

So I did what I had been watching patients need for years: I sought out functional practitioners who would look at the whole picture. Through nutrition and lifestyle changes, I noticed significant improvements in my energy, my digestion, my hormones, and my cycle. The transformation wasn't overnight — it was a process of peeling back layers, addressing root causes, and learning to genuinely nourish my body for the first time.

That experience changed the direction of my career entirely.

I went back to school for clinical nutrition. I built a program that does what I wish someone had done for those women I saw in the lab — looks at the complete picture, explains the why behind every symptom, and builds a plan that actually fits a real life.

I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition (MSACN), a Certified Nutrition Specialist® credential (CNS), and board certification as a health and wellness coach (NBHWC-BC). My clinical lab science background (MLS, ASCP) means I approach functional lab interpretation with a depth that most nutritionists simply don't have access to.

I work with a limited number of 1:1 clients at a time — high-achieving women who are doing everything right and still don't feel well. Women who want to understand what's happening in their body at a root cause level, not just manage symptoms month to month.

If that's you: I'd love to work with you.

What clients are saying about working with Stephanie

Since working together, I’ve gained a much deeper understanding of my patterns around food and the burnout that was driving them. You’ve helped me shift away from looking for quick fixes and instead focus on building sustainable habits by addressing foundational pieces like sleep, movement, and consistent meals.

I also really value how you meet me where I am—helping me set realistic, manageable goals and breaking things down when I feel overwhelmed. That approach has made it easier to stay consistent and actually make progress.

On top of that, your thorough and scientific approach led to identifying underlying health issues that had previously been missed, which has made a significant difference in how I understand my body and what it needs.

- Holly F.

I’ve worked with a lot of different approaches before, but this is the first time something has actually felt sustainable and made sense for my body. Instead of restriction, I’ve learned how to eat in a way that supports my metabolism, energy, and overall health.

I’ve noticed improvements in my sleep, stress levels, digestion, and relationship with food. I’m no longer overthinking every meal or feeling guilty for eating. Everything feels more balanced and consistent, which is something I’ve struggled with for a long time.

I also really appreciate how personalized the guidance is. It’s not one-size-fits-all, and I feel supported without being overwhelmed. It’s been a huge shift for me, both physically and mentally.

- Tia A.

I have noticed a much more balanced gut and blood sugar with her dietary recommendations. My sleep has improved after working on changing some habits and incorporating Stephanie’s suggestions as well as the supplements recommended to treat hormone imbalances.

Stephanie is amazing at listening and coming up with a comprehensive plan to work on treating you with a holistic approach. She has so much knowledge and is an expert at getting to the root of an issue.

I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking for more answers to their health concerns. Working with her has changed my life for the better and I’m looking forward to continuing on this journey to better health.
